B1) Single leg deadlift balance to pistol squats x 6 each leg

B2) Straight bar dips x 8-12

B3) Ring rows x 8-12

3 Rounds:

C1) Swiss ball pikes x 10

C2) Swiss ball side plank x 15-30s each side
