A3) Chirrups (weighted) x 6-8

3 Rounds:

B1) Hip thrusts x 10-15

B2) DB lateral raises x 10-15

B3) DB bent over reverse flyes x 10-15

5 Rounds 30s on 15s off:

C1) Hollow hold x 30s

C2) Superman hold x 30s
