A2) Kneeling DB pull to press x 5 each arm

A3) Crossover toes to bar x 10 alternating

4 Rounds:

B1) DB single leg deadlift x 10 each side

B2) Handstand pushup variation x 5

4 Rounds:

C1) Eccentric step ups x 10 each side

C2) Pullups x 6

1 Round:

D1) Goblet squats x 50

D2) Pushups x 50

D3) Hip thrusts x 50

D4) Bent over rows x 50
