Squat Workshop
In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals of the squat movement such as proper breathing and bracing technique, mobility requirements and exercises to help achieve optimal positioning/execution, and explanation on movement differences based on anatomical characteristics. Lastly we will go over how to perform 3 different variations of the movement correctly in order to reduce your risk of injury and optimize your performance.
