B1) Sissy squats x 10-15

B2) Modified handstand pushups x 10-15

B3) Weighted hip thrusts x 10-15

B4) Birddog single arm rows x 10-15 each side

3 Rounds:

C1) Reverse walkouts x 5-10

C2) Side plank x 30s each side
