A1) Single arm dumbbell snatch to over head lunge x 6 each side

A2) Crunches x 15-20

A3) Scapula pushups x 10-15

4 Rounds:

B1) Single leg L-sit to table top x 10 each side

B2) Underhand dumbbell bent over row x 8-12

B3) Dumbbell shoulder press x 8-12

B4) Advanced deadbugs x 20

10 minute EMOM (every minute one the minute):

Complete the work below within each minute for 10 minutes total

C1) Pullups x 5

C2) Pushups x 10

C3) Squats x 15
