B2) DB Romanian DLs with bent over row x 15

C1) KB snatches x 15 each arm

C2) DB lat pullover x 20

3 Rounds:

D1) Incline bicep curls x 15

D2) DB skullcrushers x 15

D3) Russian twists x 30

D4) Plank to wall press x 12
